Told you oddangel is crazy but anyway. First you need Starforge editer, then look at Post of waterfalls they tell you little by little how to do it.

If you are advanced enought you could just look at the one one the top of the site and make your own. But don't.

To answer you question,
If you download starforge in the Download section you can place any single unit whereever you want, you can use sprites,spells, and units its pretty cool. You should experiment and see what you can make, oh yea, dont bother with the waterfall thing...

The thing that looks like a water drop is called elgfire#something.

eld_fire.grp is the sprite name actually.

Stop telling people what they should or shouldn't do. If they want to make a thousand waterfalls let them do it. You have no right to tell them waht to do. Besides there is no law, rule, restriction or limit on waterfals to be made.
