I always though it was a revolver because it was so small for a sniper and even though the name is "Kitty Sniper"

The program i used is called Fantamorph, you can export it into gif,swf etc so if someone wanted too make their own they could and make it an avatar

That doesn't look right how the way he is moving his left arm to the left then back to the right. It really doesn't look right. But, still it's pretty good though.
