Say that the person of the thread...Made the the thread...And a mod, admin closed the thread...The person that started the thread shouldent be able to open it back up, It would be cool if that was possible to do that.

No it shouldn't. If it were supposed to remain open, it wouldn't have been locked in the first place.

i reopen them if they get closed for inactivity, but otherwise, i keep them closed when closed or else ull get screwed by teh m0dz/4|)|\/|inz

Remember that guy WolfmasterKouga? He did the exact same thing to me and thus I warned him, he flames back I warn him some more and then he gets mad at every Staff and Admin member causing his ban.
