This is excluding the moderators, IP and whoever else. I'm just asking what you think about how I'm dealing with the problematic people on these forums.

I doubt one person that was not punished by you will vote for the last two options. 
I think you've done extremley well, you and IP make one hell of a team. And wherever you did something people didn't like, IP rushed in and helped out. And if IP did something people didn't like, you rushed in and helped out.

I've always thought of both Yoshi and IP as very capable persons in handling situations like the following:
Yoshi: Remember when SEn was down for a month when you were in vacation? You did a pretty good job when you came back, you put everything back to order.
When v4 was released you spent countless hours trying to fix everything.
IP: You knew you barely had any experience in managing a website as big as this one so you relied on the msot trusted people(Staff). You've learnt a lot while managing the site and you've always thought of walking forwards but not looking back.
The one thing that has really impressed me and that I never expected was Yoshi suddenly making one hell of a team with IP in about 2 months.

When v4 was released you spent countless hours trying to fix everything.

Yep... I was concerned that IP and Yoshi would get into a power struggle when he come back, and the rest of the users would get sucked in. *Max could see SEN going down...* It seemed to me that bolt was being overworked (hence why it seemed like he was always cranky), the tutorial database was going down the drain, and it seemed like SEN was barely being held together.

Ok, maybe I was exaggerating. Anyways, I think IP and Yoshi make a great team (and they know when to ban people and when not to
)ADDITION:
There were some things I disagree with (like changing the portal page) and locking a few of my topics. Well, ok... I did object to that until I relieased I should of got a warn for posting the topic. (THanks for not doing that... *Max hopes he won't get a warn for that.
