I know that the mod report butto should never be used to chat with the mods, and I know it should be used if someone is insulting you. But, can I use the same button to let the mods know when someone posts a topic that is in the wrong forum, such as this topic? : http://www.staredit.net/index.php?showtopic=11167

Anything you think is worthy of a mod to look at is report-able.

Anything that breaks a rule should be reported.
