This would be great if you could actually move units in regular StarEdit. You must be running a Mac, because I know it works there.

This is pretty old knowledge, and has been made obsolete by better editors.

I've used a mac all my life, man dont get all upset and all. Well I've known about this for as long as I can remember, before I had gotten broodwar. There are programs out there for mac. I used to use emerald edit for MAC. There used to be a site dedicated to mac tools for starcraft, forget the name though.

Advnaced Mac Edit could work, but it'd take a lot of work, hexing the unit's location in the UNIT section of your map's CHK. I'd suggest using the slowest stacking system I've found to work with SE. Place the units next to eachother, then select 1 of them, and move it closer to the other by no more than 3 pixels... Eventually, they'll stack.
EDIT: Oops, fogot about StarFire Edit... the units.dat in it's MPQ makes every unit have 1x1 pixel size (I think).

Blizzard says they don't update on editors... but they did make this "Unit Maker" for warcraft 3
ADDITION: That's tight tho, can you show a map or screenshot?

How do you 'move' a unit in the editor? Only editors i'm aware of that can do this is Starforge and SCM Toolkit
PS. This is the same as the old doodad trick. (kinda)
