I clicked on the armies thing once but didn't actually do anything... or thought I didn't and now I happened to click it today by accident and I've lost 400 minerals because I was somehow signed up for it and getting attacked without knowing/being told?!?!? It kinda sucked... there should be some sorta warning that if you play around and select a race and then do nothing you can lose all your money because of that stupid window... anyways I clicked reset race today so I think that prevents me from losing anything else but there should be some kinda notice... it never mentioned you could lose minerals anywhere and if I give 0 commands I should be under some kinda protection and not suspect to losing minerals just for being curious one day .

BTW, all the attacks were by the same guy... I forget his name... probably can't check since I reset now but anyhow, that sucked... . If its so easy to lose minerals in that game they could AT LEAST give you a red flashing warning when your losing some so you can get out of it sooner kinda like how when you get a message you get a message... I suspect this game is responsible for most people's "I'm losing money for no reason bug reports".

EDIT: Found who it was doing most of the attacks SilentSpecter 48 13 Zerg ??? Minerals so if anyone wants to steal some of my old money from him feel free too, he was attacking my 190th ranked do nothing self so no need to feel sorry if your above his rank .

EASY, long time ago when I played armies, I was lucky to get ONE mineral per attack...

hmm... he got 23 per attack off me... I guess it was because I had around 1k minerals... argh.... stupid armies... it should have told me I was playing and losing money off it .

I been playing armies for about a week now and I only got minerals I think TWICE!! And both times they are only 1 minerals! I think you got kinda confused there. By the way you should be able to check if it was him, because it gives you battle reports and it tells you if you lost money or not.

Yea I did if you read my edit... and it said... lost 21 minerals... lost 23... lost 22... excetra... almost all my losses were in the 20's... probably because I had alot of minerals to begin with .

Woa, I never knew that. I guess thats the chance you have to take. So how does the game calculate how many minerals to lose/win anyway?

He attacks me sometimes too, he doesn't take any minerals because I defended against the attack. But I go to attack him back, it keeps saying he has no minerals. Is it some kind of bug? Or maybe he's just wasting the minerals he gets right after the attack so nobody can attack him back. And about the attack and get minerals thing, I attack people and I win the battle but I never get any minerals at all. Oh well, at least I win the battles(not that I'll win everone of them anyway).

If you clicked "Done" then you pretty much signed up for SEN armies. There is no other way. So it was your own fault.

I clicked pick race once... and then exited before doing anything thinking I was out of it since I hadn't done anything and it didn't give me any reason to think I was still in it. There shoulda been some kinda warning that "If you don't select no race again you may lose minerals to people attacking your army you never made and you will receive no warning of these losses unless you happen to randomly click on Armies again and battle reports and notice there" Or something to that effect .

EDIT: Just noticed the "All minerals, items, etc will be reset." message for the new version of the board. Ah well, can't we have minerals and gas? :-) Maybe just minerals for fun... like arcade is...or was...rather.

You cant join armies without choosing a race and clicking done. Glitches like you described don't just happen. That's not how the game is programmed.

Well I dont want to open a new topic so I'll just post it in this since then are kinda related.

Ok, I was playing armies, and I tried to attack someone with 15 toss guys, and I have 25!, and he done 275 damage on me while I only do 60 something damage on him, and I have more people! Is there something I'm missing here?

If you were ranked 150 and had 0 men in your amry, it is impossible for him to attack you. I'm ranked 10th in the Armies and I can't attack him because my army is too high. So if he is ranked over 100 places above you then I assume he shouldn't be able to attack you as well.

And it is a bit farfetched to believe that he was getting over 20 minerals from you per attack. Most people are lucky to get 1 or 2 with the armies...

ADDITION:

If he has a lot of weapons and upgraded attacks, then he can get a better attack than you regardless of army size.

I upgrade weapons by using the buy weapons at armory right? By the way What is sentry? And when I get defence spealistists will it help me attack?

what does spy do?

Spy lets you check the opponent's base and see how many minerals and such he/she has. You can purchase upgrades at the Armory. Defense specialists are only good for defense. I'm not sure how a Sentry works.

Thats all spys does?? I dont want to just know how much minerals they have!! I thought spys allows you to attack better or something... Money wasted...

An easier way to see a player's minerals is to just look under his name in one of their posts. But yeah the Spy just gives you info about his army and minerals.

Forgive me for not quoting that too but I was losing 20-23 minerals per attack and most people barley get any because nobody that plays armies has a bad base and 1k minerals lying around. I didn't build an army but it did say I had 10 untrained something-or-another's somewhere and he probably used the minerals he took from me to build up his army more. I doubt he was ranked 48th when he started attacking... but 300-400 minerals later he might have been though he didn't quite steal them all a few other people were attacking getting 17-20 minerals before him but not as frequently.

dont worry, right after i won the raffle once i became the "target" and lost over 59 minerals per attack

lol, the smae thing happnd to me but it was only around 5s... How come ive won like three times and have only gotten--no minerals? and whats the dif between 1 and 15 truns when u attack? Yea, and silent spector picked on me, probly ranked- like, top ten...

He's actually ranked 25th now, and you're ranked 83rd. It takes practically nothing to geto the top 10 though. I'm ranked 8 and I've never attacked anyone...

I see... Did you forgot about the times you were attacking me? (Thanks a lot, I lost 40 minerals in 3 attacks )

Who needs to attack to get into the top 10? If yoshi played armies, he would most likely have around 1000 men right away (since that is half of his post counts). That would mean he would be in the top 25. Also, it does take stuff to get into the top 10. It took me almost 2 months to get into the top 25 - and that is only because I was getting 5 men per day.

If Yoshi played anything, he'd be at the top. I have no idea what it takes to get into the top 10. I have 3 units building per day (and I upgraded that the first day I joined Armies) and I haven't really done anything else since. I have nothing but untrained soldiers (470 to be exact) and two basic weapons from the armory.

You have 12,000 points on there... so what? If I wanted to, and I was REALLY board, I could get 100,000 points and stay top number 1 forever.
