Staredit Network -> Concepts -> Move unit to coordinates

Yes Tux, you need to make it! Everytime I try, it turns out to not work. But this is the closest I've gotten.

How it works:
You set a X and Y coordinates and it will spawn/move a unit at that location by taking the coordinates of the "moving" unit and moving it accordingly.

Why is this useful:
Save locations.

In this map I use a wraith to set the X and Y coordinates that the Ling must be moved to. Moving the wraith should make the ling move to under the wraith, but it doesnt work...

Pretty cool, I think I could use this in the map i'am currently working on, Never thought of the X,Y coord's, I always used the location smile.gif

I did this like a year ago. I just didn't make a function to insert the numbers.

Legacy this only proves that your trigger knowleage is only read and puke.

Mine.

Bolt's.

Best 2 ways I know of. I'm working on a 3rd way, but it won't be exact by a long shot (good though if you can settle with approximations, and don't want the drawbacks of the above 2 methods).

I updated my post
http://www.staredit.net/index.php?showtopi...ndpost&p=158210

I guess you can say there is 3 now that don't use a unit grid over the whole map.
