Okay here's a suggestion for SEN:
There should be a mod test, To see if you are worthy enough to be a mod, You can only take the test if you have over 500 post's, And if you pass it, You can't just become a mod, The admins/mod's, Have to discuss it, Here is an expample of the test:

You select delete if the post should be deleted or not, And so one and so on.
