I wasn't sure wether to put this under Games or staredit because it has to do with both. I've always had a big problem when I create my maps and test them on Single Player. The triggers get all funny and messed; but when I test the exact same map on Battle.net the triggers work fine and everythings okay.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I have had this problem before, so I just stopped testing my maps in single player, but if I don't want to get on battle.net, I'll just use the Local Area Network multiplayer option, and make the other 'Human' players into 'Neutral'. I've found this works most of the time.
Cool, thanks.
Also on Battle.net there is always a slight lag. From command to reaction time. That might have something to do with it.
One thing that I know thats different from single player to b.net is centering the screen, single player does it slowly, multiplayer does it instantly. The speed of the game is also changed, so that might have something to do with it. Bottom line, like nuclearrabbit said, stick with testing on a multiplayer setting.
In single player, the center view action is a blocking action, just like a wait. If you have hyper triggers or some other wait-sensitive triggers, a center view in single player could screw things up.
Also, AIScripts behave differently on single player than they do on b.net.
