When i hit load triggers, nothing happens at all, also nothing with Save Triggers, and the Move Triggers up and down buttons, none of them work, and they never have. Two Questions:
1. Is there a way to fix this problem so i can load P12 Triggers into my map so i can give units from players who leave the game to other players who r still in the game.
2. Is there another way to make it so when a player leaves, all hit units go to other players?

it has never happen to me...how weird and about p12's triggers if it's starforge you can make them as normal triggers just when choosing player check the p12 box

It is because you did not select who the triggers belong to. That is why it keeps dissapearing. Also Starforge is not completly done so some actions don't work yet. And you should have posted this in the Starforge Forum.

You didn't select what player the trigger belongs to.

I think there should be a warning of when you save a trigger, it asks for whom the trigger should belong to.

Loading and saving of triggers, and the movement buttons have not been implemented. You cannot execute a trigger for player 12; you can only execute triggers for players that are in the game. That said, you can give units belonging to player 12 just by putting P12 in the trigger action.

1. use SC xtra to load the triggers in. Then:
2. delete the trigger that removes any units for a player that leaves. Then make this trigger:


Trigger
Description:
This trigger will give units to the humans
Players:
¤ same as the discription
Conditions:
¤ p12 brings at least 1 any unit to anywhere
Actions:
¤ give all any unit owned by p12 to the force that the humans have.
¤ presever trigger


So, lets say you have the trigger above. You have 4 players (player 1-4) in force 1. Players 1-4 play a game. Player 1 and 3 leave the game before it is over. The units that player 1 and 3 had will be given to player 2 and 4, because they are in force 1.*

*careful, units with a lot of splash damage such as lurkers can really mess up any of the units that are given to force 1.
