We are smarter than animals, but there are some things that we can not do that animals can.
I read in a book and a few years ago, there was an earthquake in China. A couple days before the earthquake had actually occured, the animals had acted strangely. They would shiver in fear and hide. It was as if something was going to happen. Then, the earthquake came. A few weeks later, another earthquakes had occured in China, again. Again, a couple days before the earthquake, the animals had been acting weird. Another earthquake had come! Then, China used the animals to see if there were going to be signs of earthquakes. Every time the animals acted strangely, then the Chinese would prepare for any natural disasters and more lives were saved.
Is that why on a rainy day, birds fly so low because they sense the presence that rain is going to come?
Anyways, dont you think that the present day should use animals to save many lives before the occurence of any natural disasters?
I dont believed animals should be shoved in a lab in a weather forecasting building but if people notice this, they should TAKE COVER!!!
anyway, birds probly fly low cause of that thunder.

It would be too inconsistent. Animals don't always react. Sometmies they start acting weird for no reason. You'd be getting plenty of false alarms, and provide a partially-false sense of safety.
The birds fly low because the insects fly low because their wings are damped due to the increased moisture before rain begins. In order to eat these insects, the birds must fly that low.
I dunno about those earthquakes...
No we shouldn't use animals to see impending disasters, because it's a hoax in the first place.
HEHEHhh.... nice topic, true animals are really good at sensing the disaters or the weather, they knows...
I dont know what to say.... but I remember a quote that I should say it out LOud*
because the quote have something relate to this, the quote is "No one can be good at *everything*, but you could be atleast good at something"
