I know the whole "innocent until proven guilty" but state what you think here.
Using common sense and all the evidence against him, I would say that the sick bastard is as guilty as he is ugly.
Sad thing is, if he was just a guy living down the street from you and he wasn't famous, he would have been in jail a long time ago and no one would give it a second thought. I hate how stars get special treatment.

First of all, that poor kid's name is court ordered not to be released into the public.

The kid is a potential rape victim, just as in the Kobe Bryant case, the "victim" can not have their face shown or their name released.
