Green will look the best, as it goes with the general theme.

Are there still going to be as many smilies as there are now (and cool ones like these pokey.gif ?)

These actually do have a bit of gradiants, but I'll try to make them more noticible. I can't use the invision ones because we're not going to be using their software anymore, so im going to make some simple smilies.

We can't use em because the licence states that invision smilies only go with invision boards.

No, I don't mean use the old ones. Someone had a smiley making contest a while back, and the smilies weren't half-bad. Maybe you could use those, not the invision ones.

The ones in the contest used the invision template or the MSN template.
These have to be 100% original.

You're absolutely right. We were orginally intending to get an invision board 2.1 licence for lifetime. However, as of 2 weeks ago we had some MAJOR thoughts about the limits, and decided to attempt to make a new site. If you actually READ our little news post, you'd see it said:

I will personally return checks for free if those people really want it. They aren't getting ripped off, they were donating to a website. We knew there would be problems with some people because they most likely wanted an invision board which is the entire reason they donated, so we will return their donations.
