What steps did you take to install it? If you didn't run setup.exe you need to do that. Once you've done that, read the troubleshooting thread.

maybe the file than you did download is damage, try download again

vct, while I appreciate you trying to give advice, it's usually not a good idea to randomly suggest fixes for a problem if you don't know what causes it. Corrupted downloads are very rare. Chances are high that EgoStick tried to extract Starforge.exe from the .cab file, or moved Starforge after installing it.
