To be honest, I don't plan to use any of the ramps submitted in the contest because I like mine the most. However, as I am a man of my word the prize will be given to the user with the most votes.

I think I'll have to agree with BeeR_KeG on this one. Incinerate_IV's is much more superior than the rest, only one block is out of place, and it resembles Blizzard's ramps quite well.

The rest are good, but not as good.

I voted for incinerate, its the best of them. Good width, but is a bit long..

I think yours was best Templar.

ADDITION:
BTW, Commanda Panda's is on Badlands terrain, according to the rules you wanted Jungle...

Post number 4. It's fully function stratigcally and I don't think it looks half bad. But then again my opinion from the frequent posters in this forum is quite diffrent. Some of the things people here are impressed by are things I don't see as particularly interesting. I think it's much harder to be told what you need to do than to just mess around and discover things. Which would be the reason I created this contest. A 700 mineral jackpot I think should have gotten a bit more effort but whatever it's cool.

Again, prize will be awarded tommorow afternoon (3/22/05 approximatly whenever I feel like it).

I like the Incinerate IV one. Its not very blcoky, and it is highdirt-to-dirt, it doesnt use other terrain types (that i can see). and it looks normal.

I do admit that Incinerate had the best ramp, but it could still use some slight modifications. It is a little blocky in some minor spots. Gj on winning!

EDIT: I thought this was obvious but apparently not... my beef with incin ramps like it was that you could build on the ramp... thus creating an imbalance between blizzard's maps and others. This is why I didn't like them.

Ramp is unbuildible on.

The ramp should be the right size, here we have a marine blocking a ghost's path

Hey but I would use a ruins tile instead of the bridge one at the bottom, the bridge one is a little too bright and stands out. Other than that it's perfection.
