Starforge, is an advanced editor, yet not bug free, with its own unique trigger editing system. It is enough powerful that it itself, can match up to scmdraft+scxe combo.
I think
It has nice terrain editing too.

Starforge is an advanced editor that is used for several parts of map making. Starforge has the extracts from all the sprites as well as loading them into map. It also has many features like the 1x1 tiles and the tile list that shows every tyle for the type of terrain that can be placed. Another main reason people use starforge is because of its trigger editor. I personally do not like it just because im a dumb ass, but however it is used too create player 9 and up player's triggers. Over all the editior is for people that really know what there doing when it comes to map making. Even though now alot of newbs can use it...

You can place units for 256 distinct players. Some of these will crash starcraft, others have weird effects, and these effects are likely to change with each patch and are not constant across operating systems.
