Storyline:


  Umbrella Corporation is hiding many secrets.  Deap beneath the city of Raccoon lies a secret lab where umbrella did numberous experiments in the scientific fields of biological weapons.  These weapons were going to be used in the anti terrorism but greed led too a spill of umbrella's prized T-Virus and G-Virus.  Slowly these viruses spread throughout the city...causing the apocalypse in the small mountain town known as Raccoon City.  You the new rookie in the city finds that things are not what they appear right after his first assiment of a homosidal murder case where the victum was apparently eaten.  Chief Irons tries too convince you theres nothing wrong but for some reason the young rookie knows something is up..


Characters:


  Chief Irons: A tall big structured man, stubbern too. In command of the RPD (Raccoon Police Station).
  Henry Wooden: A bold man, owns the raccoon city gun shop.

Features


Complete Open City:  The entire system is open and interactive.

Creative Missions:  Numberous missions that are very creative and very original.

Night / Day Effect:  I plan too have a time system that allows night and day.

Creative Car system:  A car system that allows you too enter / exit any car in the entire map.

Chaotic Effect:  As you progress in the game the city will become more quiet and more chaotic.  This includes the starting of the undead rising through-out the city.

  With ETEFT(U) too buisy too work on the map right now because of college i have gotton a new partner, Mp)Peazel who is also a big Resident Evil map maker.  Together were fixing a glich in our first mission that me and ETEFT accidently made.

Holy cracker... official artwork coming soon? That sounds a bit... egotistical and conceited. Oy vey, am I ever tired. Don't make this like another stupid RE map. Will there be civilians and the such? Will the city start out alive, and then you have to fight to save as many as possible?

Curt, I don't doubt your mapmaking abilities, but as I've said tenfold, Resident Evil maps are over made, rushed, and basically just not any fun for the gamer.

In any case, I'd like to help you with the map by doing a complete spell and grammar check of the map.

If there's anything else I can do to ensure the making of this map goes as well as possible, PM me or message me on Battle.net.

By the way—when you say "Complete Open City: The entire system is open and interactive," what do you mean by that? If you could put that sentence into a little more depth, that would help me understand better.

During the first few missions the city is completely interactive in the fact that cars will be driving everywhere people will be peacefully walking. As your progress in the map is when it starts too become chaotic. My goal on this map was too show what happend before Raccoon City became infected. This map is really part of a trilogy that i may do. Over all this map will be completely different from any other Resident Evil Map. Terrain will not be the best, but the gameplay will overpass that. The entire map is the city, so it will be very live like interactive wise. You will be able to enter serveral buildings. The mission feature on the map is simular too a Grand theft auto type. However like i said as you progress the activity in the city grows slimmer leading up too what will be my favorite mission...

Also when i said completely open in interactive i ment you will be able too walk through this huge city and see units doing random things entering cars driving walking and anything else i can put.

Yes, thanks to ETEFT's car system.

How it works:
You bring your main unit too the car you want too drive, then you select at the top corner of the map next too your inbox, which is a scv that you bring to a location. Now your in the car and it centers you back to w/e car you wanted to enter. Now to get out of the car you simply bring your scv at the top of the map to the location again. Now your unit is next too the car, and it's were you last moved it.

It's very basic but it will be a big use in this map. Cars are alot saver then going on foot. Just like in real life, I'm considering having a run-over trigger happy.gif
