I dont think those exist. Regular webhosting companies wont let you do that and image hosting only uploads images.

Well you could convert a flash file into a gif....or with photoshop's image ready...
Really either way you must convert too image. The image can be a stream of animation though...

hm...i just made a animation! 
keep in mind though, they tend to get very big.i have to reduce mines to leik 5 frames per second....(choppy!) it was orginally 50 lol.

Im not at home so i dont remember the link, its on my favorites. BTW good looking sig, you should have told me i could have pimped up the boarder.

You can use movie maker. If you own a Windows XP then you should have it. You can take a bunch of pictures and put then together with that program.

If youre looking for a site use imageshack or photobucket. They let you upload gifs.

Be careful on file size. I recently made a sig with like 9 seconds of movie and its 2 megs.
Photobucket can take any file size but it will resize it if it's over 250 kb or something like that.

I read a tutorial on www.good-tutorials.com that told me how too do a windows media movie in a banner or sig. I don't remember the exact link but i think it was in the animation section tutorials.

Or you can find a converter and convert the file into a MOV and go to Image Ready and go:
File>Open>thisismycoolmovietofrumpoff.mov
Then wait for it to render and cut the stuff off you dont want.
