The name of the anime is Card Captors and those two pictures are the same.
Btw, it's a nice picture but I think you drew his eyes too big.

lol, Fine, I simply made a mistake when posting, I didn't get how it actually worked when attaching so I sort of ended up having two of the same thing..Sorry about that.

Aren't people's eyes almost always even bigger then that in animes?(otherwise really, really tiny?)
I haven't seen many animes, but the little I have seen seem like what I just said.
