well, i was experimenting with ramps once again and i came up with this. this one is in the jungle tileset and i was even nice enough to include a brush.

errors i notice- the cliff wall that it is connected to may be a little off because i just quickly added that to show an example.

I've seen it done before, but this was done smoothly. Nice job. My only sugesstion is that you make some isometric high dirt first, put the regular ramp there, then modify it, so it blends in better with the side.

This looks like E)s-Fury's ramp, but without doodads. There is a blocky piece at the bottom-right of the ramp though. Other than that I can see no obvious flaws! biggrin.gif

PS: I wonder if you can repeat this to make an unlimited ramp?

I made one of these but my bottom ramp wasn't on dirt like yours. Looks nice, good job.

I tried... it looks really weird.

I like it. Try to make the bottom level be high dirt, and make a 3 level mountain.

Nicely done, I like it.
There is one flaw though and it seems like a tile is missing right when the ramp makes that turn. Looks like a small unit like a zergling can go through that space and exit the ramp at that corner.

Again it looks like the ramp is dropping when suddenly at the corner it seems to rise up. You need to fix the heights happy.gif

Check the Hall of Fame... That has been done before. I like this better.

I realize that in twilight (the other bending staircase topic), that it was an actual staircase because it had stairs. This is more or less a bending ramp—not that it matters.

In any case, why is the corner blank? It seems like there's something missing from the corner.

Other than that, it's great and could be put to good use.
