Well seen as everyone's into this terrain blending i thought I'd give it a try. This is my first attempt I plan to add a load of these weird buildings and eventually make myself a nice garden map. Here's the centre piece. Tell me what you think. If it's crap I'll quit making the map. If it has potential, I'll love to hear how I should fix it. If it's amazing I'll get on with the rest of the map.

P.s. Let's try and have a topic where no one says "Well actually I've already done this" or "name has already done this but nice try..."

Don't need to know if it's been done, just need to know if it's good. Thank ya tongue.gif

Very nice job. I especially like the underwater pillar that you used to "hold up" the bridge. It fits nicely, and is new. I don't like the stairs though, they are very blocky for such a small piece. Try to enlarge them to a more normal size to make them blend better.

There's a few small flaws here and there, but overall, it's nice. Good job, especially for a first try.

I like it, very good job, although there are some problems like the blockiness, you should try to get rid of all the blocky parts and switch around tiles i guess, and the thing with the wierd sponge and rock sprites at the edge kind of overlap and kind of look ugly, probably only for me, but yeah, those are the things i found wrong with it, but, wow, this was awesome.

warhammer, that's not in the editor bud... sprites, selection circle, resources happy.gif gotcha. Giving it a second glance I really like it.

Yea it is just lots of screenshots put together.

And the ramps havent got any tiles that really blend. Well I couldn't find any on my first try, but I didn't try the whole lot, so if you find any you know who to tell.

The sides of the ramps fit perfectly it's just the middle bit.

I'll keep trying...

I'd use SCMD2 for my Screenshots, in large Zoom.

And then we use the Fog of War to make it look in game biggrin.gif

Anywasy, GJ I like it but the central pice is kinda blocky.
