Hello. I just joined and I'm kinda lost on why My map I submitted was rejected... But, I live in Alaska, and My friend Told me to Download Legacy Of Haean(Good job qPirateKing!) And. Uh... Right.

Well, I tested it by myself

The best thing you could do is send a PM to all of the database keepers and try to find out from them who declined your file and why. Anyways, welcome to SEN, may I take your order? The bill will come to a total of one pie.
