I need a banner that's around 100-150 height and 650-700 width.

It should have this sort of theme:

Should say "LegacyWeapon's Website" on it.

Will pay 500 minerals just like BeeR did

Feh, it looks too blandish to me, but that's just my opinion.

I'd try to make one, except that my skills lay mainly in using MSPaint, select tool(ph34r my copy+paste sk1llz!!), shading, and that's about it.
