I made a desert pitish thingy. It's a way of having multiple levels of terrain.
This way you can have low low dirt, or high high dirt.

Although something very similiar has beeen done before, and it's relatively easy to do, I commend you for experimenting. Atleast it's not another flashy, useless terrain piece with 67890 sprites *coughwaterfallscough*. GJ. Maybe someone should try it.. without the sand.

It's too organized. If one would use something like that in a map, try to make it look more natural.

Looks kinda like a Strip Mine (where they take a level of dirt off, get out the ore, and haul the rest off making a pit with "steps"). Make a spiral without ramps and it will be a cool Strip Mine. biggrin.gif

Expand the ramps so its a smooth slope going down and it will be more of a pit. And yes, make it a little more random no matter what.

Now make a backwards desert ramp and make it symmetrical horizontally. tongue.gif

Ya, this can be done with pretty much any tile set, except installation, I think. It's pretty cool, and adds some depth to your map. wink.gif

I think it is to slanted, But if it would become a real map, They could just patrol out of it lol...

??? you is confusing to me...

You can do this in jungle, but not badlands.
I'm not sure about the other tile sets.
I'll try the ramp going down, down down down thingy.
