uh, if u want be judge is alright by me. But, if u want enter is kool 2. everyone will get chance at winning, first week just showing how ran. This week going give way and pick most creative of lot, i dont care how good ppl are if creative and orig it will have better chance at winning then some expect gfx ppl anywoot meh out.

Paint. And some other wierd program from like 2001 that isn't isn't PhotoShop. In fact, that program doesn't do shit except the fog thing I used and make a mirage of the initial picture.
