Mansionill elaborate-
Mansion is a haunted house game, like HotH, but prob worse, and in a different style. Yeah, im a newb, and yeah im not bolthead, so yeah, this is not HotH.

Mansion is pretty early on in making, like really early, but a goodish bit of terrain mapped out . And I've done some (hopefully) decent spritework with doodads in the beginning.(see screenie)
This is actually a resurrection of an old project i abandoned because it sucked. And it will be my first good map.
I'm going to have-- Spooky effects like flashing lights
- Puzzles
- Plenty of weapons/items
- Quick medical system
- Fragment text system allowing you to carry up to 20 text fragments
- Use of spritework to acheive desirable terrain

Update- 4/22/05, 4:57 PM -Decided on implementing sytem of combining items to produce other items and weapons. Some of these are re-usable. For exapmle- Cleaning spray+box of tools+torch(a weapon) makes the weapon Makeshift Flamethrower, you lose spray and Torch. started a Moltov cocktail throwing system. paced a few enemies. started beginning cine. started trailer. finished map touch-ups- descrip, naming, title. Release date= 06, perhaps 07

-decide to parallel make a sequel to the map, as story line is panned out
mapped out an ending sequence (it pwns) involoving an ordered battle scene, enemy nearly triumphing, then as he leans over the protagonist, you gather up the strength to shoot him dead. He explodes and kills yuor dead body. scene is full-audio.
leads into sequel, he is resurrected and wanders into the woods of doom
