Well, just noticed something kinda scary, SF takes up 8 (Eight) gigabytes of hard-drive space, is it supposed to do that? (I can't think of WHY it would take more space than SC)
Or did my starforge eat too much for dinner biggrin.gif

We should make a warning: "Do not feed the StarForges" j/k

[On Topic] No, its a lot smaller than SC. Something must be wrong. I remember something like this happening to another person but I cannot remember why, sorry :/

I recall in previous versions of the program Starforge would be the same size as SC and then some. I haven't had this problem in the current version though.

EDIT: Thats in the Add/Remove programs listing, it never actually took up that much space.

SF is size buggy. some of the maps it makes look like they are a few megs (But not anymore...)
i had a backup that said it was 1 gig... but my map folder is only 500 megs lol. and my total SC folder is 1 gig...

Starforge is only 32MB. It's a display glitch. My Add/Remove program thing said I had five copies of SF instlled at 12.5 gigs each yet my HD is only 38GB.

It's just the add/remove programs list.
Nothing more than that.

Let's blame windows on this one. wink.gif

As people have stated before...the size listed in the Add/Remove program files panel is incorrect. I really don't know why. If you want to check the size of the install, right-click on the starforge folder and select Properties. SF doesn't install anything anywhere else.
