The background image was made in Paint Shop Pro and Adobe Photoshop, before my trials ran out. The rest was made using Paint, Ifranview, and HTML. It's hard to describe how it was done. It's not the best, and I'm not going to use it, most likely. But it was hard as hell to make this simple little effect, so while all of you simply enter in two fields and get those crazy effects, I have to do long series of subtraction and division for placement, and then test all the settings one by one, for just a simple transparency effect. in other words, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GIVE ME A COPY OF PAINT SHOP PRO OR ADOBE PHOTOSHOP!
