Well the new pope is supposed to be truly conservative. There was talk (from my pastor) that the Roman Catholic church wants to change a few things, but this fellow is just a "transition" pope to the new pope who will bring change.

Usually they don't pick old popes. Just that the cardinals this time wanted to choose him. He is one of the oldeest popes to be elected in a very long time.

It's not out in America either. It'll be out May 19th, but I have a concert to attend that night, so I'll probably go see it Friday (the day after).

Personally, both Star Wars and the Pope are global issues. I think Star Wars Episode III may take precedence, because I mean if George Lucas cannot get this one right, we're all very much screwed. FireKame I'm sorry if you don't see this as important, but most of us do! Topic closed again because I know this will tickle her.
