If you want,
Starcraft.org checks their maps a lot faster. They don't go through testing because they have too many maps submitted. Its not really a bad thing, actally, I like it this way.
We deny certain types of maps that are considered not skillfully made. Thus, when you're looking through our downloads database, you will only see maps that the map makers worked hard upon, and are fun.
Starcraft.org however, takes almost all maps submitted. This means, people who want maps that we don't want here, such as, Zero Clutter, some Fastest maps, other maps that didn't quite make it here, can still be found in their map database.
Which is why, SC.org and SEN make a good combination in terms of map databases. When people are searching for individual maps, new versions of maps they like, etc, I would recommend they go to SC.org. If people are looking for a quick fun map (like on map nights) which have been individually checked for quality, and have a listing of screenshots, they come here.
In the end, SC.org and SEN are more of partners than you may think. We both may have a maps database, but the way we handle them are totally different, which could be a positive or a negative depending on what you're looking for.
