I decided to make this topic to see what people here could do with Microsoft paint.
I know its what I use to do stuff like this and my signature. (Had to make that a link because it is a bitmap (*.bmp))

(Also that stripe thingy is a tile, take a bunch and pop 'em together. If you want I made an HTML file with it as the background)

Anyways, So what can anyone else do? Doesn't have to be fancy or anything, just something that isn't like a box with 2 circles.

What does having 98 have to do with using photoshop?

I'd post some pixel art I've made if it weren't destroyed.

I have windows ME which is 98.
I am too lazy to go looking for any programs, so I use MSPaint.

Why does it say splash image on it?

I dunno, maybe the guy who took the pic works for SplashImage at Fighter Forums.

is MSpaint microsoft paint like ur comp comes with it? or is it MSpaint and u dl it?

I'm pretty sure it comes with Microsoft computers..

MS stands for MicroSoft.
MSPaint is that program that you can get with any version of Winblows that you install.

Freakin' hell, I knew what MSPaint was when I was 6 and yet I see people all over that don't know what it is...

so the paint in Start>Programs>accessories>paint?

yes.

I pixeled a korean internet service company logo.
It was white background, now black.

Note, it's JPG, so the image may be a bit crumbed.

Could use some shading to smooth it out.

Here is something I just did with MSPaint. Doesn't look like I did that with MSPaint, does it well I did.

Damnit, I wish ArtificialSmile never went down.
Then I'd show my very incomplete sprite-sheet for a Kirby-esque thing I made, and some weird cybernetic thing I made.

Here is another thing I did with MSPaint (I should make a "FaRTy's MSPaint Work")


I drew a square that was shaded white to black diagonally and then I copied and rotated to get the white to black affect. Then I inverted it. Then I made the text and did a bunch of copying and stuff untill I got a red background with that text there being shaded like that. Then I copy that onto the background and make it so red is transparent. Boom, there that was
I put my name in it so you know I drew it.

Are you referring to the black/white box or your signature?


I can make text with MSPaint. Fancy text. Like the text in my sig.

That thing that is all shaded and says "What to Draw?" "-O)FaRTy1billion" is what I am talking about.
I'm guessing that is what you mean by "black and white box"?

Just so you know, everything I post in here will be done in MicroSoft Paint unless otherwise told so.

Ooh, its only like 2 or 3 colors... still looks good!

Yeah I basically started a pattern along the left side then continued alternating the colors going around and around counterclockwise. Took me about half an hour, I made it when I was extremely bored one time over a year ago.
