It's more efficient for zerg over the other races to expand there because they would build a hatch somewhere else anyways, and it is only a 6-patch mineral only.

You didn't look at the map very carefully. Each main has 1 geyser and a mineral-only expand. Other than that, every expo has a gas (or two). In fact, the multis on high ground have the gas an extra hatch-distance away to help zerg. You must leave your main to get more gas, yes, but other than that there is plenty (it also makes the high ground very valuable).

The map has 10 geysers. While making this I thought briefly with putting a stand-alone geyser in the main, and I may still do that. I took it out because it would help zergies
too much, but I could still do something like it.

I'll go ahead and give the map specs (and put them in my original post):
Mains: (x4)10 minerals, 1 geyser
6 mineral mineral-only
High ground center expo (x1)6 minerals, 2 geysers
High ground multis (x4)7 minerals, 1 geyser (placed an extra 1-hatchery distance away)
ADDITION:
To add to the above:
In fact, I've decided to put an extra gas in each main an extra hatch-distance away. That way, zerg can build two hatches and get faster gas and 6 extra minerals.
