I'm wondering how to become a Regular. I have thought that if you get 200 posts you become a regular. But if thats so i seen like 2 or 3 people that are below 200 posts such as 197, and such. I dont know if this is a bug or there is a reason for it.

but how did the people with 200 and below get 2 b regular?
