Well thanks!
If you want to learn how to make cool stuff, first you need a good program to do it in.
Type 'Adobe Photoshop, Trial' in a google search bar, and download a free trial. Then, go to
http://www.Pixel2Life.com and click on the photoshop tutorials catagory. A large list of different photoshop tutorials sub-catagories should come up at the left side. Try doing most of the basic tutorials first, then work your way up! Then if you really get into it, you can purchase books and learn HTML, or possibly learn how to use Dreamweaver to make templates.
Digital Art can be made in many different programs, as well as many different styles, but for the most common types of digital art, there is Photoshop to make them.
I hope this helps not only you (n00bie010) but helps all the other people who are new to web design and digital art.

Well I do know HTML for the most part, and some basic PHP, and actually my friend has Dreamweaver, and has messed around with it, but hasn't really had any luck. But thanks for the help.
