ok here is the thing i know that all the things i need are listed in the tutorial but when i download them from the DLDB it is ok and when i unzip them and try to open WINMPQ it gives me a damm error of VB40032.DLL file missing
hmm...wasn't that supposed to be in the zip..?
or should i dl from somewhere else?
or am i installing it in the wrong forlder
i just got to the bussiness of modding about 30 mins ago so i'll apreciatte the help

you need the runtimes... look in the dldb under required files section they should be in there or just do a google search lol
edit: looks like VB 4 runtimes btw

ya it is VB4. if you look at the file "VB40032.dll" you can see its "VB40032.dll" alot of dlls are named in that way (name, version, dll#)
