So far I have found the following to be cloakable with that other method and be able to move them and controll them;

Hydralisk
Lurker(if morphed from hydra)
Zergling
Firebat
SCV
Ghost
Marine
Battlecruiser(it will crash if you don't replace the battlecruiser files with the attachment)
Mutalisk
Guardian
Queen
Scourge
Devourer
Kerrigan
Dragoon
High Templar
Archon(If morphed from high templar)
Broodling(You can't controll it and it will completely disappear and be invisible to you. I may be able to make it visible though with another one of my little patches...)

I havn't tried any buildings... yet.

Note: all the patches and mods from me are Battle.net friendly.

Wow, that is a really long list, and yet everyone knows it isn't everything! Where are the buildings for crying out loud? Well, thanks for the patch happy.gif

Actually you can't really do it with buildings... since buildings can't move like units can. I'll only be doing it for liftable terran buildings.

Well... now all I need to do is patch every other crash in the game xD

I might need a tad bit of help though... like... WTF CAUSES A DRONE CRASH?

Ok so.. the drone crashes with a sprite... the first sprite in the sprite list... every other thing that crashes the game ALSO has that same sprite... could it be that unit paths are missing causing the game to crash? I wonder what paths they would be... if anyone finds out the paths of them please tell me cry.gif

Theres no reason it shouldn't work. Its the same sprite, just different name (and sometimes portrait).

I can't get this stuff to work. Can somebody give a better description? I'm using the trigger off Trickz'N'Stuff. All I see is a rock doodad that crashes when I scroll into it.

Here's something pointless:

Make the god damn tank stop moving back and fourth when you disable it:

Have a trigger on where the tank is and create a flag and the tank will move off the flag. But you still can't controll the tank.

EDIT: getting you what I used

Conditions:
•Always

Actions:
•wait 1500 ms
•Create 1 piece of censored.gif at location out of sight
•wait 1
•Disable the little censored.gif
•wait 1
•enable the little censored.gif
•wait 1
•enable the little censored.gif
•wait 1
•order little censored.gif to move somewhere
•wait 500 ms
•move little censored.gif to someplace in sight


dunno if you need the wait 1s

I was getting that too. I personally think the method doesnt work because no one I know got it to work.

Then again, I think Kck checks the tutorials.

Heh, my testing is getting quite fun. I have a Rock Doodad on Ice Terrain that DOESN'T CRASH. The comp has a perma-cloaked Ling... for some reason the give trigger doesn't work. It was also burrowed. I Mind Controlled it. oO I'll post the map because the Doodad don't crash.

Edit: The give trigger doesn't work because I had it set for Marine. If I set it to Ling, to crashes. But you can MC the unit fine.

heh the method works u just have to read the fine print at the bottom that is order the units to move from one location to another ie location 0 to location 1 then it works

The Battlecruiser crash can be patched. I have filled in the "invisible" frame to become a visible Battlecruiser.

Could you explain what "FLICK" and "hyperlink" is? It would make it a bit clearer.

I think that with flick I wanted to say flashes.

How can I explain what I mean with hyperlink. Hm, you know that on each unit there is a zone where if you click you select the unit, right? That seems really obvious. Now think that this zone is not ON that unit, and it is on another unit that is near it. That is what I mean. So think that you have a disabled-enable mineral field, a probe, a science vessel and there is a scout near the mineral field. You cannot select the mineral field because it is "cloaked", so you put the science vessel near it. After that you cannot select it clicking on it, but you can clicking on the scout (yes, that can happen). So if you select probe->order to mine->on the scout(where now is the hyperlink to the mineral field) it goes to the mineral field and when it touchs the minerals, SC crashes.

I think that with the example is not really hard to understand.
