Ya im too lazy to look in the DLDB.

So which one is a mod that edits unit pics and display on screen.

Arsenal 3 duddnt work.

You can use paint, Paintshop pro... Basically anything that can edit pictures.

There is no program that specifically edits the units.

No i know that which editor loads it onto a mod maker that changes it to .dat file?

If you're too lazy to look in the DLDB under modding tools then I'm too lazy to help you.

And it takes less effeort to look at dldb then it doesn to post, "Mr. Lazy".
