I was wondering if you could edit the Starcraft Campaigns, like import your own maps and storylines. Then you could make campaigns base around your mods

Yes, you can edit most of them, use WinMPQ on your Install.EXE file on your StarCraft or Brood War CD to extract them. I do feel you might have a problem extracting or reading some, but I can't remember why, I just remember being told that a while ago.
