I might sound like a noob but, is there and easier way to make normal terrain? ( not tile ).

Man.. how can people be so stu-.. ah, I'll just.. um.. use StarEdit. Isom. It wouldn't be anything new or interesting, though.

Seriously... How easy does it need to be? Do you really think you can make an "easier" way than Isom? (other than Tile of course.)

Technically if you wanted it to be even easier than ISOM terrain, the only other option would be to pay someone to make your terrain for you.

Well I can see he wants a program that takes the positioning of his finger pointed at the screen and what he is thinking of and the editor does it for him.
Point and click works for me though.

lol, point and click and brushes works for me... but he might be workin on installation terrain, cuz i made a map in installation along time ago with xtra, and it was dad gum friggin frustrating to get everything the same wall style... yknow? o_O

Ugh, it would be kinda easy to most of you, but harder to people who doesn't use it much... use tha pallete in starforge or scmdraft, try to find the terrain designs you want.

well, ISOM sucks asss seriously but ive been working on my terrain skillz so i think ive been getting a little better...

Whats wrong with ISOM? It looks far better than square in most cases, it has terrain frills which make stuff actually look realistic, and its much easier to place (and have look good).
