I got this when I tried to install SF(After clicking that install button):

Try extracting everything from the zip archive to some directory (like your desktop) and running setup from there. If that doesn't work, the package without the installer can be found here: http://www.staredit.net/index.php?act=Atta...pe=post&id=7917. Simply extract everything to the final directory where you want it. You'll have to make shortcuts and stuff on your own.
This doesn't include any common libraries or controls, but you say you already have them so it should be fine.
