it say my mpq compactor wont work unless i have Winmpq
and yet when i download it it say i am missing a file
i juzz wanna make a mod for this community...i feel sad
can someone tell me how to get a working Winmpq
or tell me all the requirmant and files i need to mod

lol, you've posted about this so much, and no one has linked you to the winMPQ that we have here on SEN.
WinMPQ can act as an MPQ compacter.
