1 person 15 lives -> total: 15
2 people 10 lives each -> total: 20
3 people 6 lives each -> total: 18
4 people 5 lives each -> total: 20
Imbalance.
If you want something that can be divided easily between all four, use 12 or a multiple of 12.
I did this on purpose, mostly

.
A person playing it alone is most probably better than someone who plays it with multiple people so they get less lives.
2 people playing would probably have at least 1 person who sucks, so they both get ~3 extra lives.
3 people would have 1 or 2 relatively good people so they get an extra life to make up for the newb(s).
4 people would probably have 2 newbs, 2 okays so they get ~2 more lives than they need to make up for the noob.
It isn't really a proffesional or mathematical weighting system, but it's fair enough
