I added a comment to a trigger called 'Teleport Units.' Saved it and tested everything, but Level 1 of the defense was now called 'Teleport Units' instead of 'Level 1.' I went back and switched the unit's name to Level 1, and the trigger labeled Teleport Units was now called Level 1. This Teleport Units comment also wrote over the blank comment I had for my Hyper Triggers, making them Teleport Units as well.
Does anybody know what makes this happen, and how I can stop it (If I can)?

2 questions: 1. Does it still work? 2. What editor are you using?
If you can, take the comment out and use display text for "current player" or make another trigger for it. I can also reccomend using "trigger viewer" (available in downloads section) to look at some defense maps to see what tehy used Try that out and reply if it doenst woprk or sumthin~

Yeah, they all still work, I'm just anal about my maps and they have to be perfectly organized. I can't stand having Triggers or Units labeled incorrectly.

Use PROEdit and un-recycle the string or use SCMDraft2 to change the trigger.

I'm the same way with my triggers. What works for me is if I open the map in starforge and revert anything. The strings end up replacing each other (doing what your talking about) when you switch editors, and edit the strings in those editors. I just try to switch editors whenever it's absolutely necessary.

Well I do all my triggering in SCXE, and switch to SCMDraft for most other stuff, but since my map uses Dark Swarm, i constantly have to go to SCMDraft to switch things to P12 and Darm Swarm.
Also, thanks for all the help. It's all better now
