I am not absolutely positive. But, you can try the DLDB. But, if it isn't there, I don't know what to tell you.

ADDITION:
It might be this. But, I am not positive. Download that and put it into the same folder as WinMpq.

THe DLL isn't in the Brun file.
Uh I played around with the Burn file and ended up click setup.exe and it said the file (I don't know which one it's talking about) was installed sucessfully so now when I click WinMPQ it says :
Run Time Error 53
File Not Found.

Well, this is as much as I know. Try re-downloading the file. And just put into a different file.
Sometimes files get corrupted. That happened to my SCMDraft. It worked fine, then one day it just kept crashing. I re-downloaded it and the problem was solved.

I would just do both to be on the safe side. If the error still occurrs. I won't be able to help you. As my knowledge of MODDING isn't as much as StealthyDeath's, BSTRhino's, or Sylence(MM)'s. I am sure if what I told you doesn't work, one of them will be able to help you.

I figured it out, acutally my dad did and he was in shock that I made such a mistake :/
