Okay, I was browsing through here one day, And all of a sudden I went to the index, And it game me this...

I've never seen that before but I know what happened.
Neither HTML, CSS nor PHP apparently reached your computer.
My guess is that either the server went wrong, or the cache has gone mad.

That happens to me A LOT... You can read the code of the site. All I needed to do was refresh the page and problem was fixed.
