I get everything downloaded, and then when I go to enter it, it tells me " Component 'COMDLG32.OXC' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid ", any thoughts?

Starforge both has it's own forum and troubleshooting guide and FAQ. Why don't you check there? (where I am also moving your post)

You can either search for it on your PC to see if you moved it or download it.
Many times it'll cost you, but I've seen some websites that let you download them for free.

Or you could have downloaded the required files package on the Starforge download page, or download it from the Starforge Troubleshooting thread.
