You mean when you preplace it? I am not sure if it works on Starforge but in X-tra when you place the first one and place the second one, it has a line going from the first to the second to indicate that they are connected.

You can also place them in SCMDraft2 and they will be linked with a green line

Oh wait, maybe I was talking about SCMDraft2 then. I forgot but I'm sure X-tra works as well.

I think he meant in-game, with triggers. As far as I know, the answer is no.
