I don't think thats his problem. Double check your locations. Make sure high has all the air boxes checked and low has all the ground boxes checked.

Yeah air is not automaticly high and ground low. The elevations are only determaned by the type of terrain your over. It is air or ground dependant on if your, uhh flying or not.
So i guess what i'm saying is high air will never have low ground directly below it.
Just figured i would clarifiy.
