Thank Deathknight for finding Uber glitches in all of them 
They have been taken offline over time to due glitches and unfairness found in them and IP hasn't the time to fix it.

There has been about 23 topic about this.
Basicly, with SENv5 in it's testing phases which will be a totally new system, there isn't much logic into fixing the games when totally new ones will come soon.
